T	Tatew Ghazelian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is sooo much overrated comparing that you get in reality. I will totally not recommend to anyone to stay at the hotel, or they have to ask 50 euros per night, then you know what u can expect. First of all: The pictures that you see on instagram made by influencers or on the website are far from reality. The rooms are very basic, not clean, there is not even a mirror in the room. We had the junior suite. There was a empty minibar, no hairdryer, no bathrobes, no flip flops, we asked for an iron, there was no iron. If this is the junior suite, how does the regular room look like. We asked for sushi dinner, it was served very poorly, while when I see the instagram I see totally different setting. Sushi was a lot, but only 2 different kinds, the rest was simple maki. Breakfast is poor, a lot of food, but cold pancakes, all comes from the supermarket, nothing from bakery, no fresh juice. Personal is friendly, but there is NO SERVICE and the prices are 5 star worthy. Instead of paying the influencers to spread false information, they should better invest in cleaning, in service, in rooms and in breakfast. I am really disappointing.

Checkin was mentioned to be at 2pm, but waited for almost 1hr since the new hotel had their checkin at 3pm, again without any prior notice. I had booked a canal view room for 2nights, but ended up with a room with no windows or air conditioning. I was promised to be moved to another room upon complaining, but no one followed up and I was provided with a fan for my troubles. The staff was completely unaware of their own system, and aparently my canal view room in Camp Inn hotel was a step down from the window less room in the hotel next door. Except for brand new fittings in the rooms there is nothing to write home about
D	Devito Dende (Snackhunter93) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At First we wanted to Check Inn the park inn hotel next door the G Hotel, it’s the Partner hotel, they share the reception together. But the park inn hotel Looks like a mental care Hospital, we don’t wanted to sleep there. Then we was Buying for 100€ Upgrade for 2 Night’s in The G Ghotel next door. We got a room with no Windows Inside. The room wasn‘t very clean and Not finished build, we had only a half showerdoor. The room was very small too . The staff was trying to scam us and wanted Money for everything. they Called it Upgrade. My Friend used the hairdryer and fire was coming out the hairdryer and Then the light was gouing out in the whole room. When we told this the Woman was laughing (my Friends could be in Hospital)But they was alle the Time friendly. After One day we was Taking some magic mushrooms and the hotel was Looking like a Great Castle, i felt like a Sultan. We didn’t take a picture of the Hotel because we was the hole Time Stoned and we forgot it. Staff was friendly. We had a funny Time but i wouldn‘t recomend this Hotel.

The room was fabulous and looking out onto a canal/harbour which was so lovely . The hotel was quiet at night and extremely clean . Would highly reccomend ❤️

The hotel was located in a nice part of town. There was nothing to complain about an overal satisfactory stay. I would absolutely recommend going here to anyone going to Amsterdam.

Special thanks to the manager Mr.John, who was best at his job and his hospitality was amazing!! Definitely recommended this place for businessman and tourists.
G	Gertrūda Sabonytė on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting experience, do not recommend AT ALL! On arrival, we were informed that the hotel is apparently bankrupt. We were not informed of such events before 100%.Two days before arrival we were able to successfully check in online, as well as the full price was debited. The service was horrible, no respect at all. Eventually, after 20 minutes of pretending something is being done on the computer, they gave us a room, we felt absolutely scammed, and the environment did not feel safe at all. Once we entered the room, we found that the doors DO NOT LOCK! Is this a joke?! Left the place immediately and never came back. We will demand to be refunded.
