★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mij is eerlijk zakendoen essentieel. Dus toen de fietsenmaker € 20,- minder afrekende dan afgesproken heb ik hem daarop gewezen en heeft hij er twintig euro bij opgeteld. Perfect! Alleen toen ik thuis kwam bleek dat de gemiddelde fietsenmaker bijna de helft rekent voor het onderdeel dat op mijn fiets is vervangen. Ik heb daarom even gebeld om te horen of er misschien een kwalitatief beter en duurder onderdeel is gebruikt. Helaas was het een gewoon standaard merkloos onderdeel. Bijna twee keer zoveel rekenen vind ik niet OK. Ik kan deze fietsenmaker helaas niet aanbevelen.
 Fair business is essential to me. So when the bicycle repairman paid € 20 less than agreed, I pointed this out to him and he added twenty euros. Perfect! Only when I got home it turned out that the average bicycle mechanic charges almost half for the part that has been replaced on my bike. I therefore called to hear whether a better quality and more expensive part was used. Unfortunately it was just a standard unbranded part. I don't think it's OK to count almost twice as much. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this bicycle repair shop.
