ik kwam vandaag langs uit Belgie voor mijn Acom 1010 op te halen
( 200 km enkele reis )
Eerst een aangenaam gesprek met een bakje koffie .
Maar spijtig genoeg was ik vergeten te vragen op voorhand of er bankcontact was ; deze hebben ze niet .
Toen ik het dan via de App op de smartphone probeerde om het geld over te schrijven lukte dit ook niet aangezien ik dan een digipass nodig had .
Daar stond ik dan na 2 uur in de wagen.....
Op goed vertrouwen heeft de eigenaar van de shop me laten buitenwandelen met een schuld van 2150 euro en zei hij heel vriendelijk : geen zorgen ; schrijf het thuis maar over .
Dat noem ik nu nog eens een service naar je klant toe .
Ik raad deze shop 200 procent aan .

I came by from Belgium today to pick up my Acom 1010
( 200 km one way )
First a pleasant conversation with a cup of coffee .
But unfortunately I forgot to ask in advance if there was bank contact; they don't have these.
When I then tried to transfer the money via the App on the smartphone, this also failed because I then needed a digipass.
There I was after 2 hours in the car.....
In good faith the owner of the shop let me walk out with a debt of 2150 euros and said very kindly : no worries ; copy it at home .
Now that's what I call a service to your customer.
I recommend this shop 200 percent .
