β β β β β Broad selection oo stationery articles,packing stuff etc. Staff is only human, people should realize the world doesn't revolve around them when sending packages or picking them up, post.nl makes a LOT of mistakes that can't be attributed to proplp working at counter

β β β β β I went to here for sending parcel to my mom in Japan. But the woman from here didnβt put POSTCODE on the tracking paper(she put β0000β) even I wrote exactly clearly on the paper and paid for tracking number & insurance, so now I canβt track the package at all.

β β β β β unless you want your parcel to get lost in translation do NOT go in this shop! They managed to mislabel 2 parcels sent to Italy. It was a nightmare to find them back (forget about get them to destination!!!). Not sure ladies in the shop know how to use post.nl applications. In my case they inserted the wrong address for BOTH parcels. A nightmare!

β β β β β Went to pick up a package from post.nl, they claimed they didnβt have it and sent me away. I went back in to ask again as post.nl confirmed the delivery location and the member of staff dealing with my question got very rude and tried to turn me away for a second time saying βthese things happenβ, he was kicking other packages out of the way trying to look for it.
In general, it was chaotic, with parcels everywhere that anyone couldβve picked up and walked away with, with a very long line of frustrated people waiting to attempt to find their deliveries.
