When I read all these reviews saying basically the same thing, I just couldn’t stop asking myself why Moleskine maintains such a abusive staff. I just don’t want to ever see/ step into a Moleskine store ever again. Nor buy its products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brunette lady (the so called manager) is the worst customer service representative I have ever come across with.
I went to the shop in order to buy a year planner as I do every year in Moleskine. I was approached by this lady and barked at me not to touch the electronic pen (on display so you can try it) when I was taking a look at it. Very abrupt indeed.

Notebooks are customizable and everything was priced as you would expect from moleskin.
The staff member was super friendly and courteous. She made sure to explain what some of the electronic devices do and she was very patient as my friend and I selected our engravings for our notebooks. I'll definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor leadership can you please update your opening times so that your consumers time is valued. I have visited 2 occasions on Google you are stated as open yet you are still closed due to covid? Even stood outside for 10 mins waiting for your store to open at 12 pm (as was stated in the door as your opening times) whist a member of staff was inside, had to call to ask when you would be open.
