★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot 3 maal toe dezelfde vraag gemaild, waarin ik netjes binnen een dag een antwoord krijg dat het naar de desbetreffende afdeling wordt gestuurd. Echter tot op heden nog steeds geen antwoord op mijn vraag ontvangen.
E-mailed the same question 3 times, in which I get an answer within a day that it is sent to the relevant department. However, to date I still have not received an answer to my question.

Mails worden niet beantwoord en terugbelverzoeken worden genegeerd.
Er is daar nog een hoop te leren ( inclusief communiceren! ). Ook aan de receptie...
'This is now a municipality that is not concerned with its residents or entrepreneurs.
Mails are not answered and callback requests are ignored.
There is still a lot to learn there (including communication!). Also at the reception ...
