EHIC-pas en wij mogen naar "iedere huisarts" in Nederland, maar niet naar dokter Verstappen... aldus de mevrouw, "want die heeft géén tijd"! Dank u wel. We had already read it: an unfriendly lady on the phone! We come from abroad with a so-called EHIC card and we can go to "every doctor" in the Netherlands, but not to doctor Verstappen ... according to the lady, "because he has no time"! Thank you.
F	Fer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een kundige huisarts waarvan ik vermoed dat hij het eigenlijk te druk heeft; Altijd veel uitloop en een strak ±5 minuten regime waarin een enkel probleem voorgelegd kan worden. Je wordt snel doorverwezen naar een specialist, maar toen ik na 6+ jaar patient te zijn geweest aan de balie door de huisarts zelf niet herkend werd, moest ik wel even slikken. De receptioniste heb ik vaak als gehaast en niet altijd even hartelijk ervaren, en ben ik ook wel eens teruggebeld nadat een bloeduitslag telefonisch verkeerd was doorgegeven. Samenvattend; een snelle, kundige en pragmatische arts, maar weinig persoonlijk engagement. A skilled doctor who I suspect is actually too busy; Always a large spout and a tight ± 5 minute regime in which a single problem can be presented. You are quickly referred to a specialist, but when I was not recognized by the doctor after being a patient for 6+ years at the desk, I had to swallow. I have often found the receptionist to be in a hurry and not always very cordial, and I sometimes called back after a blood test was reported incorrectly by telephone. Summarizing; a fast, skilled and pragmatic doctor, but little personal commitment.
z	zaslik v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an appointment (almost 2 weeks after i called for it), explained the 1st problem quickly (as we are familiar with the rush everytime we go), after he checked I wanted to address the 2nd problem but Dr Verstappen said that he can not listen, one at a time and I need to get another appointment for it. Never experienced anything like this in any country i've lived in and any doctor i have seen. New assistant is not helpful either. Of course changing our family huisarts after over a year of struggling with this practice.
