★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jee wat een topservice. Jan is vakkundig en ook nog eens supergezellig. Een hele prettige ervaring. Ik ga de volgende keer meteen naar de Van Wou als ik weer wat nodig heb.
 Wow what a top service. Jan is professional and also super nice. A very pleasant experience. Next time I will go straight to the Van Wou if I need something again.

Ik woon om de hoek van de van Wou en kom er zo af en toe en word dan meer dan uitstekend geholpen door Jan, die je - zoals in de eerdere reviews reeds genoemd - niet alleen vlot en vriendelijk aan een goed zittend pak helpt, maar ook een gezellige babbel heeft, waardoor de gruwel van kledingshoppen een stuk draaglijker wordt. Aanrader!
I agree with the many positive comments. I live around the corner from the van Wou and come here every now and then and I receive more than excellent help from Jan, who - as already mentioned in the previous reviews - not only helps you quickly and kindly to a well-fitting suit, but also has a nice chat, which makes the horror of clothing shopping a lot more bearable. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company „Gents“ has offered me the worst service I have experienced in my life time. Delayed delivery (2 months) with different types of suits which did not have the same fit and one type is of very bad and cheap quality.
Appointments were given but forgotten and the assistants are unreachable, ignorant and unaware.
We were offered a compensation for a tailor, however it was never paid or reacted to our request.
I cannot recommend even considering Gents!
