 Requested a quote, literally only got a price back. No "hello or hello or best regards". This is really not customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¨It is a store of neon and led signs¨ I went because I have a neon but the electrical converter has been dropped and I need a new one but they don't have electric converters for neon, (rare in a neon sign shop) so I ask if they can tell me How many watts does my neon need (showing my neon photo) He didn't want to see the photo... and they tell me they don't know! (they don't know anything or don't want to help ...) so I tell him how it is that a person who works in a neon shop doesn't know how many watts does a neon need? It has been a very, very, very bad experience everything was NO! NOT! NOT! They were not willing to help me! I left so angry that I almost trembled! Sometimes if you don't find that you are looking for in a store, wait for them to help you, but never, never expect that they treat you with indifference and contempt
