★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a tricycle for my 2 years old son. After I collected it we went to try it! The son was happy and excited! He rode it outside, and after 10 minutes the back wheel detached. The tricycle's back axle was loose and didn't keep wheels.
I sent an email to the support team to replace the tricycle or the back axle. No one has replied during the last 8 days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They forgot to ship some parts. Customer support did a good job creating a new shipment order, but forgot to include all missing items. About part quality: grips are tearing and falling off after 1 week of use.
While it’s def a pretty looking bike, so far I’m not impressed by parts quality. Their support team is hard to reach, don’t pick up the phone and takes days/wks before they follow up on your email.
Please don’t blame it on corona, you’ve had the time to adjust and things are picking up again. Hope you manage to sort these things out, meanwhile waiting for my missing parts & replacements.

Do not order an e-bike here!! Delivery should have been medio Octobre, it's now February, and I just got an e-mail that delivery (which kept being pushed back and had been set to febuary/march) has been postponed yet AGAIN. They can't even let me know anything anymore. Extremely frustrated customer.
Update 17-02-‘22: So it’s now over two weeks ago I made the original post. Still no update, no news, nothing… (and obviously still no bike).
Update 04-03-‘22: Bike was delivered. Unfortunately no user manual. Bike itself is great :) So I’ve changed my review from 1 to 3 stars… just because the product itself is good. Bear in mind it almost took 6 months (order was in September 2021) to get the bike delivered…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bicycle in Veloretti brand store on 18/08/2021, I was notified in advance that it will take up to 4 weeks for my bicycle to arrive to the store and then 1-2 working days for assembly for which I paid 40 EUR.
On 07/09/2021 I received a message from DHL that my bicycle is in the store. Great news but there was no information if the bike is assembled or when it will be. Since then I tried to reach Veloretti store to understand if my bicycle is ready by calling and emailing their customer service who:
(1) promised to call me back and never called;
(2) didn’t reply to my email requests for 2 weeks;
(3) wasn’t available and didn’t pick up the phone.
All this time my bicycle was waiting for me at the store as store worker told me yesterday when I arrived there.
Nevertheless I had to wait for additional 30 minutes in the store for the bike to be finally assembled but my steering wheel and seat were not fixed.
I really like the design of the bicycle but the experience with delivery, communication with customer service and quality of services provided is very disappointing.
Make your own judgement but I would not recommend to invest money into company who doesn’t care about its customers experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely not recommend buying at Veloretti. The products are beautiful but the service and delivery process is terrible and not in line with what you should expect at these prices. Delivery takes a long time (months), when my order finally arrived it was incomplete, customers service responds slow and now months later I still don't have my complete order.

What a bike! The Enviolo automatic shifting really makes a big difference. The controls are functional and the removable battery is also a big plus for me.
Delivery was a little bit later than expected (2 days) but their Customer Support informed me upfront - good service.
A happy customer.

Would prefer to give 0 stars instead of 1 but unfortunately that's not possible. I ordered a bike as a gift for my boyfriend and it arrived damaged (the outer box was completely destroyed). So I contacted the customer service asking what we can do now but until today I didn't receive any feedback (this was already 2 weeks ago). I never ever write any reviews but in this case I had to. If you are thinking about buying a Veloretti bike I would recommend to think about it twice, especially if it has to be shipped!! I also thought about buying myself a Veloretti bike as well but after that it's not an option anymore.
In relation to the price of the bikes this customer service is even more unacceptable and I am so disappointed. On top of that, the quality of the bikes is also not the best unfortunately.
This was meant to be one of the coolest gifts I've ever made but it turned out to become a disaster! Thanks for nothing @Veloretti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get an electric bike here if you don't want to wait MONTHS for it. When I bought it, I was promised it was going to be delivered in 6 to 10 weeks, it's been now 4 months on my order S21568 and still no delivery, they keep sending a fake template "update" where the date keeps changing, and no compensation whatsoever. They also advertise the electric bikes to be delivered on 2 weeks which is obviously a lie and should be sued on false advertising
