Met leuke korting, snelle nette service. Beneden overdag aan. Heb er ook 1 voor me oudste dochter die er echt beter bij slaapt. Top product die ik iedereen zou aanbevelen. So happy with my scent cloud, bought last year and now and then time for new oils / fragrances. Ordered on Monday, delivered on Tuesday. With nice discount, fast neat service. Downstairs during the day. Also have 1 for my oldest daughter who really sleeps better with it. Top product that I would recommend to everyone.

Door verschillende verhuizingen kon ik hem steeds nog niet echt een leuk plekje geven en stond ie meer in de doos te wachten. Sinds we ons eigen huis hebben heeft ie een fantastische plek gekregen in de woonkamer. Ik ben weg van alle heerlijke geuren die ze ook verkopen, en het is enorm ontspannen om naar te luisteren als je hem aanzet en je het water zachtjes hoort pruttelen. Ook de sfeerlichtjes in het apparaat zijn heel sfeervol en gezellig. Pas geleden hield hij er helaas mee op, na contact met de klantenservice en snelle reactie, probleem super snel opgelost & staat ie weer helemaal te shinen in de woonkamer. Heel erg bedankt voor jullie super service! Ik kan weer met volle teugen van mijn geurwolkje genieten en zal jullie zeker aanraden!! Since we have our own house, it has been given a fantastic place in the living room. I love all the wonderful scents they also sell, and it's very relaxing to listen to when you turn it on and hear the water gently bubbling. The mood lights in the device are also very atmospheric and cozy. Unfortunately, he recently stopped, after contact with customer service and a quick response, the problem was solved super quickly & it is shining again in the living room. Thank you very much for your great service! I can fully enjoy my fragrance cloud again and will definitely recommend you!!

De geur is heerlijk, niet overheersend maar wel zacht. Ik sta te popelen om dadelijk mijn tweede wolkje in ontvangst te nemen. I'm very satisfied. Ordered my first cloud on Monday, received on Tuesday, ordered another one yesterday (Friday) and it arrives today. The scent is lovely, not overpowering but soft. I can't wait to receive my second cloud right away.

Ours had a broken fan after 10 months, we explained the problem to the helpdesk and did have to send a video. After a day we received an answer that we will get a new one. Best service ever!

H	Hsiao Ching Liao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 diffusers. Both are working well. My 1.5 year old son loves it while he goes to bed. 1 diffuser was not working after maybe 3 months. The light works, but no diffusing. I wrote to the customer service and they advised me a process to fix it. But, it cannot be fix, so they asked me to take a video of what happened. I sent then the video, and the next day they shipped a new one to me. Responsive service and good product!
