J	J D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good - it is about 15-20 minutes walk to major landmarks. It is close to supermarkets and shops (5 minutes walk). There were a few issues with the apartment - we had initially requested two single beds, we were provided with a double bed. The sofa bed did not have any sheets, the pillows no cases and the duvets no cover in the first night. The room was very warm, however the fan was not working; the other fan was covered in an unhealthy amount of dust - we cleaned this when we arrived (at 11pm). The next day we were moved into another apartment - the sofa bed in this room was broken, so this provided for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The amenities were okay - the bathroom was clean, however there was no hot water on the second morning, which was frustrating. (Note: we were moved into a new room and that had hot water). Coffee capsules are provided and there is good range of cutlery and pans. The wi-fi in the first room had very poor connectivity. Overall, at the price you're paying, you would expect a lot better and the apartment fell below expectations.

J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fab place to stay! Good location, but quiet at night. Kitchen so you can cook your own fresh foods and spend your money on experiences. You can even rent bikes in house. Excellent service, very clean and friendly. Would stay again.

For cooking it has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave and even a dishwasher. I was treated very well by the reception, especially Fernando. When help was needed or something was missing in the room, we were immediately provided with what was missing, in this case dishwasher tablets. The bed is very comfortable. Recommended and would quickly stay here again.

The service was pretty good, I didn't need to ask for anything but at the check out they were very nice to keep our luggages For an hour

One of the apartments we had booked had not been clean when we checked in, and when we came back in the night it still hadn't been cleaned! We had to call the reception for a while before they came and gave us a new room (a downgrade) without even apologising or giving us some of the money back.
S	Sasha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large rooms, a bedroom and living room with kitchen TV and sofa that also opens into a bed. Clean and large bathroom+shower. Good heating and always warm water, staff were very kind. Tram 4 was 2 minute walk away to get us to every part in Amsterdam. It was great!
