A nice, quiet, and clean room at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely helpful. The room we booked was up three flights of of stairs. My wife has a bad knee and the hotel employee gave us a room in the groubd floor and moved all three of our heavy bags own stairs while we were out.

Great place to stay! Just loved the cosy little room. The bed is amazing! After a long day of walking the bed was such a delight. Great location as well. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Well done!

Rooms are very clean , design is cool , rooms are very small , toilets are clean but not fully equipped with all kinds of lotions , moisturizers, no iron in the room , no fridge , if you have heavy luggage you will have to use the stairs as there is no lifts

Fantastic hotel, we booked a superior king room and it was stunning. 4th time in Amsterdam and the rooms here were so much bigger and a very high standard compared to other places we've stayed. Staff were very friendly. We knew there was no breakfast included but that didn't matter as we were so close to everything to be able to eat out

The room was little and hadn't a good clean, but has a good new design. Staff-service could be better, we sent two email before receive one reply from there. During the chek-in and the stay staff didn't give us information about how discover the city. Location is perfect, in the centre of the city, closer to the shopping area, Anna Frank house and museum zone.

I booked this dream hotel for two nights, deluxe room, 18m2, with a desk and a garden view. I got a tiny room of barely 9m2, not even a chair in it, and was told this was it. Total bait and switch. Had to rebook to another hotel on the same day, more expensive and little choice. Only stay here if you get a great deal and you don't care about the room. They'll just give you whatever.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The rooms are extremely noisy. I booked the most expensive room to treat myself and have some quiet time. As soon as I entered the room, it was so noisy. So I asked if I could get my money back or another quieter room. They said they don’t have quiet rooms. and the guy at front Desk Giats guaranteed me to give me a full refund if i send an email, because I didn’t stay in the hotel for more than 10 minutes. It’s been 3 months I have been emailing them, trying to get my money back and they didn’t answer none of my 10 emails and now they don’t answer my calls either. I have been keeping quiet and polite, but might have to put my layers in this. So sad... Will update you once and if I get an answer ever...
