O	Octavia Joeloemsingh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben super blij met mijn nagels ik word altijd top geholpen zelfs toen ik een half uur te laat was hebben ze me alsnog geholpen en zoals altijd zien mijn nagels er weer fantastisch uit en daarom kom ik hier al jaren dank dames I am super happy with my nails I always get great help even when I was half an hour late they still helped me and as always my nails look fantastic and that's why I've been coming here for years thanks ladies

N	Nina de Bie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een paar dagen waren er al stukjes gellak van bijna al mijn nagels af, ze weigerden het opnieuw te doen tenzij ik opnieuw zou betalen. Ik heb al jaren gellak, dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Jammer! Voortaan ga ik weer naar Kelly Phan Nails iets verder op in de straat. After a few days there were already bits of gel polish off almost all my nails, they refused to do it again unless I paid again. I've had gel polish for years, never experienced this before. Unfortunately! From now on I will go back to Kelly Phan Nails a little further down the street.

N	Nichon Glerum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry to say I was not very happy and will not come back to this salon. I booked a pedicure for the discounted price of 25 euro, which I had seen online. The pedicure was fine though they did not have the drying lamps for nailpolish that I am used to in other salons, so I was put under a fan and told to wait 30 (!) minutes. Which I did not incalculate in my day planning so I left bare feet instead. This would have all been OK, but in the end I had to pay the regular price of 32 euro. The lady who was obviously in charge was screaming from a few tables back, where she was helping another customer, that that price was only if you had an appointment (which I had) and if you mentioned it on forehand, which I did. Then she said it was 25, but the nail polish was 7 extra. Which they did not tell me. (and which was ruined after the bike ride anyway, but that was my own fault) Because the salon was full I decided to not make a scene. It would have all been OK if they were clear about this discounted action on forehand.
L	Laira Gon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Did a new set Acryl about a week a week ago. 8 nails fell off very easily (practically impossible). Called the salon back. They told me they only provide service for 3 days after the treatment. And that they can't help me. So i would have to pay the full pice again. This is absolutely ridiciolous. I use acryl for 8 years now, and they never fell off after 1 week? normally they stay the whole month untill I change a new set. That means that the lady who did my nails, didn't do her job well. Ok that happens, we're only human. But that they don't provide service for a mistake that they made. That's just rude. Never again. PS: the nails aren't even beautiful. They're thick and she left some air bubbels in the gel.
