โ โ โ โ โ Very bad delivery! We had to wait 3 months for the delivery which has been post one 3 times! We had to take 3 days off!! Unbelievable how bad they are! They also deliver with a lot of brutality and the furniture are damaged!! You should better go to buy somewhere else!

โ โ โ โ โ Our family recently purchased a full master bedroom from Goossens in Leiderdorp. The sales personnel was friendly and very helpful. Once ordered, we received regular email progress updates on when the furniture would be ready and delivered. Delivery and assembly went smoothly. The technicians were professional and left everything clean. A piece of the bed was missing but they immediately arranged for a delivery two days later and all was resolved. I am pleased to recommend this company to any expats who need to furnish their home.

I bought a show model bed here, price is wrong , delivery promise is always useness. commnuication always useness.
I never have so bad experience in my whole life.
always cheat to the customer, always say: yes, it is my mistake, but then, Nothing happen, still delay, still rubbish service.
a young man, Serge, and the shop manager, always say, sorry, it is my fault, but I can't do anything for you, even he promise to do so yesterday.
Never neve buy anything from this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Never again. We ordered beautiful products to the value of over 5000 euro. It was a wedding gift from my father-in-law. Every single item delivered was missing a part...the bar chairs didn't have screws, the sleeper couch arrived in a different colour, the bedroom cupboards didn't have doors and were missing lights (one was also missing the drawers we ordered). My husband who is Dutch recommended Goossens but now we have seen that they are worse than ikea...it's more than a week since the delivery of these incomplete products and we are still waiting for the shop to get back to us. I call Goossens Leiderdorp every single day and they still cannot give me an answer...
Update: According to Goossens staff member on Google maps - they have contacted me multiple times. This is not the case. My situation regarding the sleeper couch has not been resolved and no alternatives have been given. All other problems are still to be rectified on 10 November. I wonder if this will indeed be the case. I will visit the store to formally make a complaint.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor trained personnel. We bought a table from them, and lost 200 euros on new promotion right after one week while we did ask for possible coming promotion in the purchase. Besides, the person in the shop couldnโt answer the table coating question at allโฆ regret our decision! Really suggest you to go to other shops xoon, sanders etcโฆ
