Na de aankoop is er geen service meer. En helaas bieden ze niet de kwaliteit waar je voor betaalt.
De afneembare hoes van de matras scheurt na 2 keer wassen al, 6 maanden na levering.
Van garantie willen ze niks horen. Ze beweren dat je zelf te hard aan de rits trekt waardoor de hoes scheurt. Afshcuiven en de klant niet geloven :(
De hoofdkantoor gemaild en gebeld. Moet naar de winkel. Winkelmedewerkers kunnen niks zeggen, moet wachten op de juiste personen. De juiste persoon moet weer overleggen met hoofdkantoor.
Je moet maar zelf achterna bellen en mailen. Om uiteindelijk toch maar te horen dat ze niks voor je doen.

NO more TEMPUR for me.
After the purchase, there is no more service. And unfortunately they don't offer the quality you pay for.
The removable cover of the mattress tears after 2 washes, 6 months after delivery.
They don't want to hear from a guarantee. They claim that you pull the zipper too hard and the cover tears. Afshcuiven and not believe the customer :(
Emailed and called the head office. Must go to the store. Store employees cannot say anything, they have to wait for the right people. The right person must consult with head office again.
You just have to call and email yourself. In the end, only to hear that they won't do anything for you.
