Friendly & efficient... made to feel extremely welcome! ? Room was spacious, light & airy; modern & contemporary: IMMACULATELY CLEAN! ? AMAZING shower!!! ??? Please leave a few more creamer sachets with tea&coffee station? ?

Generally rude staff especially at breakfast time. Variety of choice at breakfast was very limited although the restaurant seems to overflow with food but hardly any on the menu and when I asked for scrambled egg the lady huffed and puffed which made me feel very angry. I also felt that the staff were so busy preparing the food arrangements and making it look nice they were not serving as I had to ask several times for a coffee to a lady who was 10 feet away cleaning, in the end a guy in jeans and a scruffy shirt made the latte for me. Crazy...worst of all when I asked can I toast this sliced bread I was simply told NO. What a friendly thing to say ? but to have no toaster...what hotel restaurant/kitchen doesn’t have a toaster, c'mon that's ridiculous! Also, where has the bar gone oh wait you can buy alcohol but it’s from a vending machine now (that doesn't take cash) Wine is sold in those small bottles like you get off the plane or a cheap nasty can of beer no one has ever heard of and to rub salt in the wound, on Thurs & Friday no beer, only only wine and water available. Room was nice and high tech with open plan bathroom with a wet room shower that was nice and powerful, especially the handheld part, was like a pressure washer lol. The fact there were  two single beds made to look like a double was strange but the single bed was slippy and I found myself getting up in the night to push the mattress back onto the base a few times which was very odd. Huge TV though which was awesome and adjustable mood lighting is a great addition to the room. Overall it's clear they have spent a fortune but in their quest to be super-efficient, in my opinion they have lost sight of what visitors to the area really need and want.. Or are they just looking to attract German business people, if that’s the case they might do very well I am sure. I travel to this area every year and have stayed in this hotel for the past 6 years and also travelled the world and this new hotel has allot to learn.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Gr8 Hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and almost clean. The breakfast could be improved as only a very limited amount is included.

Modern hotel with up to date self-service check in. The rooms feature a tablet panel to control lighting and aircon. The room feels luxurious despite the fact that they are simple. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice over all, parking is close & rooms are clean. We stayed for around 5 days & the bed sheets weren’t changed. Plus the key system is not ideal in my opinion as it’s work with a bar code & in my opinion there could be an easier smarter option, but you can live with it.

We arrived at midnight and check in was easy. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The best motel I've ever stayed at.

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast however, was a disappointment: we were handed a tray with a very basic selection of food items. No yoghurt, no coffee options, and apart from an apple no fruit to choose from. Even with Covid in mind, this wasn't exactly what we were hoping for. The hotel did arrange for a hairdryer and an iron, though. All in all, I guess it's great (GR8) if you're travelling for business purposes. We should have looked into the hotel a bit better before booking, maybe.

Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced too.
