★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficiency is the word to describe this company, they communicate the process in a clear, concise way. You know what to expect in each stage. In my both trips when my plane did not flight or was super delayed and I missed my connecting flight, I received the compensation.
They charge 25% for commission fee if the claim is successful and I am very happy with the service, at least for me 1 day of my holidays is valuable and also I don't like to spend my time talking with airlines in endless telephone conversations. Thank you :).
