★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was invited for a birthday party, there was maybe 50 guests.....the bar staff was disorganized, lazy and no skills of costumer service.....l asked for a coffee and was given to me on a broken coffee cup.....l asked the bar staff....to change for a new cup....his reply made my brains to rethink......what type of skills this guy has ???
He simply replied......everything is dirty we don't have more or clean ones.....?? .
Dear owner kindly invest in costumer service lessons .......it is important .......
