Then they also informed me on a new protection for the screen based on rubber, as I didn't want to have a glass plate protection. And he gave a discount as I bought both. What a great service, creates a smile on your face!

Walked in there with a broken Samsung S series. They had the spare part for my broken charger connector in stock. Replaced it within one hour. Casing looked liked it was never opened. Cost 65 Euro.
Asked at the store about their "mixed reviews" on Google. Their story explains a lot..Some people seem to expect them to do magical cheap repairs of badly broken phones of an unknown unpopular brand for which they do not hold spare parts in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought in my pocophone quite late in the day, they did not make an issue of out it. after my screen was repaired i noticed the following day that i had an audio issue that wasn't there before and I saw a light spot in my screen. Took it back to the shop, they repaired the audio issue and gave me a refund on the light spot in my screen( which was acceptable for me). all in all happy with the speed and service of this company, would definitely recommend!
