 Very good thing sells all kinds of items including bicycles I have ordered a bike that there are still some hand money paid by hand and these lovely people are so patient really super

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind hier altijd wel wat ik zoek aan klein materiaal voor huishoudelijke klussen. En veel onderdelen zoals bouten en moeten gaan hier per stuk en je kunt ze proberen. Personeel is vriendelijk en goed op de hoogte.
I always find here what I am looking for in small materials for household jobs. And many parts like bolts and must go here by piece and you can try them. Staff are friendly and well informed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tools and helpful personnel. Much better than Gamna since despite less variety the people really can answer all your doubts. They seem to have experience. In Gamma or similar big hardware shops, they just hire kids paying low wages, and these kids know little about construction and similar issues. Here in Lenta it seems they have really a lot of experience and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a small lamp and when I asked if the guy (younger, pale, black long hair in a ponytail) could help, he said very angrily "can't you see I am busy??". Put the lamp back and waited until I could tell him that he could not treat customers like that. He simply told me more rude stuff which shocked me even more, I talked back and he said “i don’t care, bye bye” and ignored me while I was still talking. I am in shock. When I asked to speak to the manager, HE was the manager. Jesus. There was noone I could speak to. I called the central and I was informed usually in summer time the main manager isn’t in the shop. So they left this unexperienced frustrated man in charge. What a sad an unnecessary episode... avoid this trash place
