Komt er een medewerker langs en begint ineens commentaar te geven over dat de kleur en het type jurk mij niet staan. Ik heb nooit gevraagd om haar mening. Hey bedankt he, voelde me ook een meer mooi in een jurk, maar nvm dan. Misschien nadenken voor je je ongezouten mening geeft.
 Was trying on a dress and enthusiastically showed it to a friend, who also thought it looked very nice. An employee comes by and suddenly starts to comment that the color and type of dress do not suit me. I never asked for her opinion. Hey thanks hey, I also felt more beautiful in a dress, but nvm then. You might want to think before you give your unvarnished opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Guess customer for many years in uk and I have been very disappointed with this shop. My husband was surched going in before he had even been in the shop. The staff are not very knowledgeable about products sizes in clothing or accessories. I wanted to by my daughter in laws a present and was told a size 8 would fit a 16. Lots of staff standing around, not engaging with customer. I did go to different members of staff for help, but sadly they were indifferent to helping a disabled English lady. A customer is a customer what every nationality they are! Or maybe it's disabled people they have a problem with! Next time please treat disabled people with respect and also English because it's customers like me who pay your wages!
