L	Lenny vs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, medewerkers zijn niet behulpzaam, vooral bezig met hun telefoon. Ga nooit meer in Den Haag bij Guess shoppen ? Bad service, employees are not helpful especially on their phone. Never go shopping at The Guess in The Hague again ?
R	Ronalda Hasselman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik winkel hier niet met plezier. Het personeel praat buitenlands met elkaar terwijl je erbij bent. Geen idee waar ze het over hebben. We leven in Nederland, dus praat gewoon Nederlands met elkaar. Personeel is vaak kortaf als je iets vraagt. I don't enjoy shopping here. The staff talks to each other while you are there. No idea what they are talking about. We live in the Netherlands, so just speak Dutch to each other. Staff is often short if you ask something.

D	Deborah Baski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb mijn eerdere review na vandaag aangepast. Deze winkel wordt steeds slechter. De verkoopsters zijn echt ondermaats evenals de spullen die ze verkopen. Guess is geen slecht merk het ligt echt aan dit filiaal. De schoenen staan al kapot en beschadigd in de winkel. De verkoopster zag er geen probleem in dat er delen van een tas waren gebroken en ook dat er pailletten van schoenen af waren. Sterker nog, ze zette ze gewoon terug voor de volgende klant die het dan hopelijk niet opvalt. Dat de beveiliger bij de deur het hartelijkste mens is in de hele zaak zegt genoeg. I edited my previous review after today. This store is getting worse. The saleswomen are really substandard as well as the stuff they sell. Guess is not a bad brand it really depends on this branch. The shoes are already broken and damaged in the store. The saleswoman saw no problem in the fact that parts of a bag were broken and also that sequins were missing from shoes. In fact, she just put them back for the next customer who hopefully won't notice. That the security guard at the door is the most cordial person in the whole thing says it all.
T	TheProfessor42 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik ben zeer positief over dit filiaal, ik werd geholpen met mijn nieuwe horloge van Guess. door de leuke dames die hier werkten op 23 oktober. en terwijl ik die horloge van Zalando heb mogen ontvangen. er werd voor mij gratis de horloge band verkort. en meegekeken naar de horloge of ik met iets anders nog hulp kon krijgen. ?? I am very positive about this branch, I was helped with my new Guess watch. by the lovely ladies who worked here on October 23rd. and while I received that watch from Zalando. the watch band was shortened for free for me. and looked at the watch to see if I could get help with anything else. ??
C	Chane B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional arrogant staffs, every time I come to this shop the staff act very arrogant, completely ignore their customer, even when you want to [ay they ignore you and act superior. They never smile, say anything or even give you a look, I hate going to this store, the girls are pretty but act very arrogant and this make them very ugly. You dont feel welcome here at all.

Now I feel that every time that I walk there, that the dutch girls are really irritated when they need to help foreigners. The Hague is an international city, almost everywhere you can easly speak english or other languages without problems. Before they had a lot of nice foreign girls, with a very friendly actitude, able to let the costumer feel at home. Now the feeling is always to don’t be welcome. They answer with arrogance every time that you ask for a help in english, and they treat dutch costumers very differently. This is very sad. I love the brand but I will shop online. The company should train them to take good care of every costumer even when they are from other counties and to don’t seat at the counter with the phone all the time. Bad experience.
