★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good deals on high quality clothes. They have a downstairs with lots of sales and good options. I appreciated the hand sanitizer at the front door and arrows in the store and stairs to help with social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I never give any review for any store. Even the staffs are not smiling in some stores but they are normally just fine. This time, it's different! They speak like harshly to you (I just stand in a wrong place for the cashier and she said "Hey! It's not the desk! It's here!" and another cashier just look at you like you are her enemy..really strange and unfriendly look! I don't know what's their problem but I really didn't feel comfortable at all with the staffs. It's okay for not smiling, understand that they received huge amounts of customers in this area but these staffs just seem rude to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop recently during sale. There were a wide range of clothes on sale available in almost all sizes, which is usually not the case with sales. Overall i liked the range of clothes. Not too crowded also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, 2 May 2021 my friend and I received racist comments from the girl who stood at the door. We are customers of this brand and for the 5 years that I live in the Netherlands, it had never happened to me to find such a rude person in one of yours shops. My friend after receiving the shopping bag thanked the girl in English and she replied in Dutch saying that we are in the Netherlands and we must speak Dutch, (we of course understand Dutch). So we decided to leave the shop because we didn’t felt comfortable shopping in a place with this mood.The girl wore a gray sweatshirt, if you ever read this review know that your ignorance and rudeness is uncomfortable with youself, we will never go to H & M Leidseplein again , but in 2021 after such a difficult year, it is really disarming to suffer from racism just because I thanked you in English.
