β β β β β worst customer care..order shoes and waited for 15 days for delivery and at the end after sending 20 emails..i receive reply that they wil refund.
they are blaming me that i requested for delivery change of shipment...which i never did ..
i sent 40 emails and it takes 1day to reply every email from customer care.
here is my order # 53937265
i tried calling on cusotmer care..it goes to automated service which is worst and waste of money...
facebook chat nobody cares to reply
email it takes 1 day to reply and they copy paste same message
they told me they will provide replacement order..
after chasing for 4 days they change ther mind and telling me to place new order..
i bought shoes on black friday for 65 euros and now the price is 90..why should i place order paying more ?
customer care dont even care of reading email..they copy paste by saying sorry and we will refund..

β β β β β The manager didnβt want to refund me a pair of shoes that never arrived in the shop, he literally kicked me out of the shop saying that it was closing time and he didnβt have the time to serve me, I was there at 10 to 6 with the door of the shop already closed with keysβ¦ he asked why I was lateβ¦ 10 to 6 it is your business time, if you donβt want to do your job, just quitβ¦. Very bad experience

β β β β β We came this Sunday, March 13 and the saleswoman with long hair and freckles was very unpleasant, looks askance at us when we ask her a question and we waited 15 minutes when she brought my pair of shoes back because she preferred to charm a young man.

β β β β β i went to return an online order today at the store. The manager served me and took the bottoms out of the bag. He said he cannot return without the tag on the item. i explained that there was never a tag and tried the bottoms on once and they were far too big for me. he inspected the bottoms and told me that he didnβt believe me. there was customers in line and i felt highly embarrassed and belittled. the manager continued to refund the item and said nothing else which led me to wonder why he chose to embarrass me in the first place.
