You are talking about falsly advertise sale items and tourist trap.
We really don't know what your complain is. The day you came to our shop you picked up some hoodies that weren't on sale. All over the store we have notes and tags of what is on sale and not.
You came to the desk to pay. The price was probably more than you expected, because the items you chose were not on sale. You started to talk about a tourist trap. My collegue went to the side of the hoodies to explain more clearly, but you kept standing with your back towards her and not even turn around to see what she was trying to explain. That is just rude!!! But okay, your decision.You had not paid yet so you were not forced to buy the hoodies.But you did and afterwards you go online to complain about "falsly advertise sale and tourist trap." We don't think this is correct and certainly NOT fair to leave a review like that.
I think people always complain but you were in the wrong here.
