Er wordt vinyl gelegd tussen 08.00 en 12.00 uur.
Ik ben een alleenstaande vrouw die net verhuist is... en heb 3 honden die uitgelaten moeten worden.
Dus ik bel naar de klantenservice of ik ong.30 minuten van tevoren een telefoontje / appje of sms kan krijgen.
De dame bij de "klantenservice" zei dat dit niet mogelijk was bij deze order.
Dus bij andere orders kan t wel!!!
Vinyl wordt in 2 kleine ruimtes gelegd. Waarschijnlijk omdat de order niet duur genoeg is voor de Kwantum om service te bieden.
Schandalig en ronduit belachelijk!!!
Dus alleenstaande ouders kunnen hun kinderen niet wegbrengen of ophalen van school van de kwantum. ????

Vinyl is laid between 08:00 and 12:00.
I am a single woman who just moved... and have 3 dogs that need walking.
So I call customer service to see if I can get a phone call / app or text about 30 minutes in advance.
The lady at the "customer service" said that this was not possible with this order.
So it is possible with other orders!!!
Vinyl is laid in 2 small spaces. Probably because the order is not expensive enough for the Kwantum to provide service.
Outrageous and downright ridiculous!!!
So single parents can't drop off or pick up their kids from quantum school. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probeer al 2 keer de klantenservice te bereiken met een klacht over vloerbedekking, echter na een half uur ben je zat om te wachten dat irritante deuntje steeds, misschien krijg ik hier wel reactie. Nog steeds geen reactie ook gemaild maar ik krijg gewoon niets terug, wat is dit voor pleuriszooi. Ik kom morgen wel even langs.
Have already tried 2 times to reach customer service with a complaint about carpeting, but after half an hour you are tired of waiting for that annoying tune, maybe I will get a response here. Still no response, also emailed but I just don't get anything back, what a mess this is. I'll come by tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible nasty ignorant mean man there, just wrong how he treated me, he actually reduced me to tears as he was so unhelpful and very very rude. Even his colleague was embarrassed but too young to say anything. What a horrible man you have working there. I was too sad with personal reasons to react stronger or complain at that point. I ran out of your shop in bits. This is really bad. An older man who should have behaved normal. Because of his extremely bad attitude the carpet delivered was wrong. He actually argued with me a woman crying in the middle of your store. The man is clearly not in order.
