Haidy is kundig en ze weet waar ze het over heeft. Ze geeft je veel persoonlijke aandacht. Veel beter dan in een sportschool. Voor iedereen een aanrader. TOP!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds dit najaar ben ik bij Haidy met Pilates begonnen in de 60+ groep op maandagochtend. Ik heb me niet eerder gerealiseerd hoe ongelofelijk moeilijk, maar essentieel het is om beheersing te hebben over alle spieren en spiertjes in mijn romp (je 'powerhouse', zoals Haidy het noemt). Met engelengeduld geeft ze ons advies en laat ons voelen hoe we hier controle over kunnen krijgen. Ik merk nu al hoe belangrijk dit is om heup, rug en schouderklachten te voorkomen en de baas te blijven.
Since this fall I started Pilates at Haidy in the 60+ group on Monday morning. I have never realized how incredibly difficult, but it is essential to have control over all the muscles and muscles in my trunk (your 'powerhouse', as Haidy calls it). With angelic patience she gives us advice and lets us feel how we can get control over this. I already notice how important this is to prevent hip, back and shoulder complaints and to stay in control.
