Door haar achtergrond in dans weet ze alles over de juiste lichaamshouding. De lessen zijn uitdagend en vliegen voorbij. Lucia heeft de liefde voor Pilates op mij overgebracht!
Lucia is very professional and very motivated to get the best out of you and your body. You notice that you are getting stronger. Because of her background in dance, she knows everything about the right posture. The lessons are challenging and fly by. Lucia has transferred the love for Pilates to me!
