★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place as my second PLTS home. Larger studio and the same super reformer machines. The proper material to work your entire body on great music and expert teachers that check your posture with every exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is way too expensive for what it is. Just go to a normal gym that offers classes. It will be cheaper and more effective. I also found the crowd quite stuck-up. The class area is also super small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facilities, helpful, motivating staff. Pricy but thats understandable given small classes, personal attention and the overall experience. The practice itself is a pretty serious full body work out. I find it intense but mostly I’m excited to improve. Would suggest some yoga and/or Pilates familiarity and *at least* one intro class. I took the intro twice (and don’t worry, the intro is also quite a work out!) before starting the actual classes.
