Nicht nur ich komme seit Jahren immer wieder für Displaytausch oder andere Reparaturen. Meine Familie und Freunde auch. iPad, iPhone, ganz egal. Ja, ich musste schon mal warten als der Laden voll war. Ja, ein Display hatte eine andere Farbkalibrierung als das davor. Das Display war nicht Schrott, Farbkalibrierung ist manchmal unterschiedlich. Bei Problemen: man kann mit ihnen reden. Garantie auf Reparatur! Für den Preis gibt es keinen vergleichbaren Service. Handy nach einer halben Stunde gerettet und nicht pleite… Deswegen gehe ich hier hin. Today I went back to the store to change the iPhone battery. Inexpensive, fast, competent. Angeblich ist das Smartphone bei denen nicht angekommen, obwohl ich eine Sendungsbestätigung von der Deutschen Post habe. FINGER WEG VON DIESEM UNSERIÖSEN HÄNDLER!!! Smartphone sent to the dealer in a package. Apparently the smartphone didn't arrive, even though I have a shipment confirmation from Deutsche Post. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGAL DEALER!!!

Bevor ich mein iPhone zur Reparatur abgegeben habe, wollte ich wissen, ob originale Apple Akkus verbaut werden. Dies wurde auf mehrmalige Nachfrage bejaht. Nachdem ich das iPhone zurück erhielt, stand auf dem Display „kein originaler Akku verbaut“. Die Mitarbeiter sagten mir, dass der Akku erst noch durch sie freigeschaltet würde und der Hinweis nach ein paar Tagen verschwindet. Dem war nicht so. Danach wurde der Akku noch zweimal getauscht - ohne Erfolg. Letztendlich habe ich mein Geld zurück verlangt, was auch anstandslos getan wurde. Nice staff, but lied about the built-in spare parts. Before I handed in my iPhone for repair, I wanted to know whether original Apple batteries were being used. This was answered in the affirmative after repeated inquiries. After I got the iPhone back, the display said “no original battery installed”. The employees told me that they would still unlock the battery and that the message would disappear after a few days. That was not the case. Then the battery was exchanged twice - without success. In the end I asked for my money back, which was done without any problems.

Das Handy war in ner knappen halben Stunde fertig und ich konnte sogar dabei zusehen. Beim nächsten also direkt und gerne wieder. I went there because everything else was too expensive and or would have taken too long. The emergency solution then turned out to be a stroke of luck. The mobile phone was ready in half an hour and I was even able to watch it. So next time, we'd be happy to do it again.

Das Handy wurde innerhalb 30 Minuten repariert - zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch im Geschäft selber wurde ich freundlich und mit einem Lächeln bedient. Das Geschäft an sich finde ich schön hell und auch von der Einrichtung her modern. Kaffee und Tee kann man sich während der Wartezeit nehmen. Ich würde bei einem weiteren Schaden am Telefon oder Tablet immer wieder kommen. Yesterday I handed in my cell phone for repairs, display damage.
