★ ★ ★ ★ ★ diesen Händler kann ich nicht emfehlen, ich kaufte ein Apple USB Kabel für mein iPhone 6s, der Verkäufer garantierte, dass es sich um ein Original Apple Produkt handelt, der Kabel war jedoch ein Fake Produkt und ging nach kurzer Zeit kaputt und funktionierte nicht, auf eine Rücknahme reagierte der Verkäufer sehr unverschämt, und gab mir die Schuld, deshalb rate ich jedem ab diesen Händler zu besuchen.
 I can not recommend this dealer, I bought an Apple USB cable for my iPhone 6s, the seller guaranteed that it was an original Apple product, but the cable was a fake product and after a short time broke and did not work a withdrawal was very outrageous and the seller blamed me, so I advise everyone to visit this dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe meine Playstation zur Reparatur abgegeben. Leider habe ich sie im Vorfeld zerstört, sodass sie nicht mehr repariert werden konnte. Anstatt den vollen Preis zu berechnen habe ich 50% erlassen bekommen. Das erlebt man nicht sehr häufig heutzutage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr sehr schlecht gemacht, ich habe mein Handy dort abgegeben und gesagt, was mit dem Handy ist.
Dann haben die es Repariert als ich es abholen wollte, musste ich feststellen, sie haben was repariert was gar nicht kaputt!!!
Nach langem hin und her hieß es denn, der Display müsse getauscht werden.
Es hieß ich solle es Samstag abholen, zum Abhholtermin, wo ich um 17uhr da sein aollte, hatten sie plötzlich zu. Also musste ich bis Montag warten, Montag habe ich es endlich bekommen und musste nur ein paar Stunden später feststellen dass das Display nicht ordentlich drauf gemacht wurde, es geht überall auf und somit war das ganze Geld umsonst. Also da werde ich nie wieder hin gehen und rate es allen ab, sucht euch einen anständigen. Das Geld ist dafür einfach zu schade!!!
Very very very badly done, I left my cell phone there and said what is with the cell phone.
Then they repaired it when I wanted to pick it up, I found out that they had repaired what didn't break at all !!!
After a long back and forth it was said that the display had to be replaced.
It was said that I should pick it up on Saturday, when the pick-up date, where I should be there at 5 p.m., they suddenly closed. So I had to wait until Monday, Monday I finally got it and only had to find out a few hours later that the display wasn't properly put on it, it goes everywhere and so all the money was wasted. So I will never go there again and advise everyone to find a decent one. The money is too bad for that !!!

Ich hatte mein Galaxy Tab A dort in der Reparatur,wegen einem Displayschaden.Seitdem ist die Frontkamera kaputt. Hatte Beweise, das diese vorher voll funkitionsfähig war,da ich ca.5 min.vorher noch ein Foto damit gemacht hatte, welches ich inklusive Aufnahmezeit als Screenshot an meine E-Mail Adresse geschickt hatte... NIE Wieder.
Never again!!!
I had my Galaxy Tab A repaired there because of a display damage, and the front camera has been broken ever since. I had evidence that it was fully functional before, because I had taken a photo with it about 5 minutes earlier, which I had sent as a screenshot to my email address ... NEVER again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unverschämt und zeigen keinerlei von Einsicht!! Wir haben telefonisch abgemacht, dass ein Handy reserviert wird und wir dieses in den nächsten 1,5 Stunden abholen, da wir auch die weite Anreise hatten und mussten dann feststellen, dass das Handy einfach verkauft wurde. 3 Stunden umsonst gefahren um dann gesagt zu bekommen „Pech gehabt“. Einfach nur eine Frechheit so ein Verhalten und ein Stern ist noch zu viel!!
Absolutely outrageous and show no insight !! We agreed by phone that a cell phone would be reserved and that we would pick it up in the next 1.5 hours, as we had the long journey and then had to find out that the cell phone was simply sold. I drove for free for 3 hours only to be told "bad luck". Just a cheek such behavior and one star is still too much !!
