C	Cary Vittl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei mir war der an/aus Knopf von meinem Samsung Galaxy Note 8 weg. Keine Ahnung wie das trotz Hülle Passieren konnte. Bin zum Media Markt und hab da Nachgefragt ob sie das machen können. Mir wurde gesagt sie müssten dann das ganze Display austauschen was um die 200€ kosten würde. Ich soll lieber in eine Reparatur Werkstatt für Handys gehen. Hab ich dann in dieser Werkstatt gemacht. Der Hr. war Sehr nett und meinte das dauert eine halbe Stunde und kostet 40€, hab dann sogar noch eine neue Panzerschutzfolie drauf machen lassen. Als ich eine halbe Stunde später wieder hin bin war alles fertig. Sehr nett gewesen, wenn ich nochmal was brauche komm ich gerne wieder. The on / off button on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was gone. No idea how that could happen despite the shell. I went to Media Markt and asked if they could do that. I was told they would have to replace the whole display which would cost around € 200. I should rather go to a cell phone repair shop. I then did it in this workshop. The Mr. was very nice and said it takes half an hour and costs 40 €, then even had a new armor protection film made on it. When I went back half an hour later, everything was ready. It's been very nice, if I need anything again I'll be happy to come back.

Ein Kunde dazu gewonnen?? great service Repair instead of part replacement. You rarely find anything like this these days. Price/performance top. A customer won ??
T	Tim Bener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service, schlechte Qualität. Hatte mein Display reparieren lassen, dann rauschte nach der Reparatur die Hörmuschel, und das Handy hatte kaum Empfang. Dann 3 Wochen später ein Riss im Display. Ich diesmal zu Profis in Düsseldorf, die sagten mir, der Spannungsriss kam durch nicht fachgerechten Einbau eines nicht originalen Displays, habe jetzt -240€ und im Endeffekt ein unbrauchbares Handy. Dankeschön! Bad service, bad quality. Had my display repaired, then the earpiece made noise after the repair and the cell phone had barely any reception. Then 3 weeks later a crack in the display. This time I went to see professionals in Düsseldorf who told me that the stress crack was caused by improper installation of a non-original display, and now I have -240 € and, in the end, an unusable cell phone. Thank you very much!
