Es wurde sich bei der Beratung sehr viel Zeit genommen und man hatte im Gegensatz zu der Hotline nicht das Gefühl, dass man etwas aufgezwungen bekommt.
Ab jetzt gehen wir nur noch dorthin.
By far the best Vodafone shop in Wuppertal. Very nice and helpful staff.
A lot of time was taken during the consultation and, in contrast to the hotline, you didn't have the feeling that something was being forced on you.
From now on we only go there.

Erst ein Handy Vertrag (kleiner Vertrag kleiner Mann) und jetzt hab ich einen verbesserten Internet Vertrag (großer Vertrag großer Mann) ist wirklich super die Beratung wie die Umsetzung. Ich bin unheimlich dankbar und freue mich so einen Laden in meiner Stadt zu haben. Danke danke danke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They just make false promises. I made a contract online. When I visit their store they said it is invalid and I need to make a new one. They promised to support on cancellation of old online contract and promised support if the contract is made in store. However it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the line inspection at my apartment.
