★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Shop in Barmen ich habe einen neuen Internet und kabel Anschluss gesucht und gefunden bei der Telekom die Mitarbeiterin Frau Hasert Karli ist eine sehr nette dame und hatte eine gute Beratung zu meinen Vertrag und freue mich jetzt bald auf mein Internet ??und eine gute zsm Arbeit mit der Telekom ?
Good shop in Barmen I was looking for a new internet and cable connection and found the employee Mrs. Hasert Karli at Telekom is a very nice lady and had good advice on my contract and I'm looking forward to my internet soon ?? and a good zsm Working with Telekom ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin heute spontan im Telekom Shop (Werth) vorbeigekommen und wurde direkt am Eingang herzlich empfangen.
Danke an Herrn Yildiz, der mich total kompetent und informativ beraten hat! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Ich hatte überhaupt nicht das Gefühl, dass er mir nur etwas „andrehen“ möchte.(wie ich es leider aus anderen Shops kenne)
Herr yildiz hat sich viel Zeit für mein Anliegen genommen und er wird in Zukunft meine erste Anlaufstelle bei weiteren Fragen sein.
I stopped by the Telekom Shop (Werth) spontaneously today and was warmly welcomed at the entrance.
Thanks to Mr. Yildiz, who gave me very competent and informative advice! I can only recommend! I didn't have the feeling at all that he just wanted to “turn something on” for me (as I unfortunately know from other shops)
Mr. yildiz took a lot of time for my concerns and he will be my first point of contact for further questions in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute im Telekomladen und wollte mich eigentlich wegen dem neuen i-Phone beraten lassen. Allerdings habe ich dann mitbekommen, wie eine Dame die offensichtlich Beratung wegen einem Vertrag brauchte, von einem jungen Mitarbeiter laut angebrüllt und sogar mit Aussagen wie ,,Wie kann man so Blöd sein“ beschimpft wurde. Respekt an die Dame, dass sie trotzdem so freundlich und ruhig geblieben ist! Da ich mit einem Anbieter der seine Kunden beschimpft nichts zu tun haben möchte, habe ich den Laden wieder verlassen und den Vertrag bei einem anderen Anbieter abgeschlossen.
Ich kann jeden potenziellen Kunden nur dringend von diesem Shop abraten! Schade, dass man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann…
Was in the Telekom store today and actually wanted to get advice about the new i-phone. However, I then noticed how a lady who obviously needed advice about a contract was yelled at by a young employee and even insulted with statements like "How can you be so stupid". Respect to the lady for staying so friendly and calm anyway! Since I don't want to have anything to do with a provider who insults his customers, I left the shop and signed the contract with another provider.
I can only urgently advise any potential customer against this shop! It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund der Werbung WLAN- Check haben wir uns heute im Telekom Shop beraten lassen. Herr Jenner ist ein super Berater. Sehr fachlich, informativ und dazu auch noch sehr sympathisch. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlen wir weiter ??.
