N	Nico Groenenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte eerste ervaring met multifocale bril: toen ogen niet wenden werd wat aan bril gebogen en 'moest nog even proberen'. Na nog eens drie maanden weer terug om te horen dat de garantie verlopen was. Laat je dus niet verleiden door acties want je wordt keihard geschoffeerd. Slechte service en zelf e bij weinig drukte laat men je onnodig lang wachten. Dit was zeker mijn laatste ervaring met Hans Anders, zeker bij dit filiaal. Bad first experience with multifocal glasses: when eyes did not turn, some glasses were bent and 'had to try a little more'. After another three months back to hear that the warranty had expired. So don't be tempted by actions because you will be insulted. Poor service and even with little crowds you will be kept waiting unnecessarily long. This was certainly my last experience with Hans Anders, especially at this branch.

Het was niet meer te herstellen. Vervelend, kan gebeuren. Nu heb ik een compleet nieuwe bril 100% vergoed gekregen en dat alles met een vriendelijke glimlach van het personeel. Goede service, leuke medewerkers! 5 zeer verdiende sterren Half a year ago I bought glasses here where one leg kept coming loose. After coming back and tightening many times, the leg has broken off. It was beyond repair. Annoying can happen. Now I have received 100% reimbursement for a completely new pair of glasses and all with a friendly smile from the staff. Good service, nice employees! 5 very deserved stars

Veel keus, mooie monturen en een hele prettige persoonlijke bejegening/ behandeling van de opticiens en stagiaires. Ik kom hier graag, slaag altijd en kan weer heel goed zien met de gekochte brillen. Top: een dikke 10. I have already bought 5 pairs of glasses (including prescription sunglasses) from this store. Lots of choice, beautiful frames and a very pleasant personal approach / treatment of the opticians and interns. I like coming here, always succeed and can see very well again with the purchased glasses. Top: a big 10.
J	John ten boden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerlijke informatie gekregen heeft geen bril aangepraat maar rade ons aan naar de oogarts te gaan en gaf als extra informatie mee dat dat wel ten koste gaat van ons eigen risico. Hulde voir de eerlijkheid. Received honest information has not talked about glasses but advised us to go to the ophthalmologist and gave as additional information that this is at the expense of our deductible. Kudos to the honesty.
E	E.T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man die de meting deed was erg onvriendelijk. Bij uitzoeken van het montuur liep hij steeds weg en kwam niet meer terug. Daarna geholpen door een meisje die wel vriendelijk was maar de bril veel te strak afgesteld had, ze dacht na 1 poging dat het goed was. Ook tweede keer zat die nog te strak. Uiteindelijk bij de concurrent in orde gemaakt. Hans Anders was 1 keer maar nooit weer. Man who took the measurement was very unfriendly. When selecting the frame, he kept walking away and never came back. Then helped by a girl who was friendly but had adjusted the glasses way too tight, she thought it was good after 1 try. The second time it was still too tight. Finally fixed at the competitor. Hans Anders was once but never again.

I went there 3 times for buying new glasses, every time I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time: the first time they told me a price, but magically the second time the price was almost the double and I waited more than one hour (when they told me "10 or 15 minutes maximum") only for hearing that the lady was too busy and I should make an appointment, so I did that, I dared to arrive literally 3 minutes late and waited for the lady because she was busy, for more than 10 minutes, then she told me it was too much late and I needed a new appointment because I arrived too late, I tried to make her notice that I was already waiting since almost 15 minutes in the shop but she insisted I had to make a new appointment: at that point I just walked out. Don't waste your time and go to a shop with professional employees.
