★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable customer service and delivery delays. 1 month after making the purchase, paying extra for the "safe delivery", I still have not heard from Polette and my glasses have not arrived yet.
The customer service is very unhelpful, rude and has very long reply times, although those are long and urgent matters.
Very disappointed.
