Brought my coat to this address for dry cleaning. When I came to pick up my coat it was discolored. The brand had also melted off and the coating had come off. I walked back in and it turned out they just threw the jacket in the washing machine. I could have done that at home, without paying 15 eu for it. Furthermore, I did not receive any money back, but I had to call the party that steams his coats for him. Steaming coats but actually washing them is downright fraud.

β β β β β There work is good, but every time you go there they use another formula from their physics book to give you a price for the same thing that you needed before. First time they sewed a ripped pants for 5 euros, and now all of a sudden for the exact same job they gave me a quota of 10 euros. Inflation of the Euro is different in Hasan Ja'san.

β β β β β maybe okay for small repairs or hemming pants but I took my wedding dress for a hem (to shorten it) and they talked me into taking out the dress around the waist a bit as well. I came back to pick it up the week of my wedding and they had cut it apart and added a huge chunk of cheap white material on the entire back panel that didn't match and looked awful, honestly AWFUL!!! (and didn't need it, or asked for it to be there!)!! I was in tears at the sight of it. Then they blamed it on a cheap zipper and told me to come back. I came back two days later it still wasn't right, this was the day before my wedding!! I stayed there while they took all of the mess out of the back and put in a standard zipper like it was before and finally got out of there! By that point they had shortened the dress but i didn't even bother checking the quality of that, I just wanted something to wear on my wedding day. OH! and the best part I had to pay ahead of time but the lady didn't know that and told me don't worry you don't have to pay for this. Then I told her I already had so she can give me the money back and she said oh, I can't do that then. and refused to give me a refund!

β β β β β I brought here a blouse to be shortened (at the torso), a nice tank top to shorten the straps (easy job, right?), and a bridesmaids dress to be shortened. All 3 items were altered in a very poor manner. The blouse to be shortened is now too short in the front and too long in the back. The tank top straps were also shortened too much, and the bridesmaids dress was hemmed to short.
It should be noted that for the initial fitting, all clothes were tried on in the shop (including all items to be worn with the bridesmaids dress, including the shoes). They seemed to be marked/pinned appropriately, although the blouse was only pinned in the front. When I complained that the dress was too short, they just said it was as short as it should be....which was about 5 inches off of the ground! I had to buy a new pair of shoes with lower heels just to look somewhat decent at the wedding, given that there was no time for a new dress. The blouse is ruined....it is way too short in the front. I wear the tank top on occasion, but only with a jacket over it.
It is my feeling that they do not work well with some fabric types, especially stretchy or slinky fabrics (as that is the material of my dress and blouse). It should also be said that most of my clothing is usually altered - I prefer a custom fit to my clothing. So I am familiar with how this work should be performed. For the prices they charge here, I would expect expert service. Very disappointing and I will not be returning to this shop. It is sad that they come highly recommended - I do not see quality work here.

β β β β β My go-to place for clothes repairs. It usually takes a week and you can only pay cash.

β β β β β Picked up my pants today and made the mistake of not checking if the waist had been adjusted. Only checked them at home as I was already delayed due to them not accepting card payments and needing to look for an ATM and saw that there had been nothing done. The pants were still unchanged with the needles that were put as marks when I brought them in still on. I was very clear I needed the pants done today as I will be travelling tomorrow. Very disappointed.
