Aktuelles Modell, soll ohne Probleme vorrätig sein. 1 Woche später ausverkauft. 2 Mitarbeiter stehen beieinander und man hat nur das Gefühl, die beiden zu stören. Unfreundliche abweisend Antworten, keine Beratung und Verkaufsorientierung. 15min vor Feierabend war es das wichtigste, der Kundin zu verkünden, dass sie gehen soll, als zusätzlich zur gewünschten (nicht durchgeführten Vorbestellung) einen Laptop zu verkaufen. Somit ist nun online bestellt. So kann man den lokalen Handel nicht unterstützen... ? After some good advice beforehand, wanted to buy a printer. S	SSH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Samsung Qled 75 Zoll 8k bei Expert bestellt, der aus Xanten geliefert wurde. Er kam mit einem komplett zerkratzten Bildschirm an. Siehe Fotos und das sind nur einige Stellen… So einen (gebrauchten) Fernseher als „neu“ zu verkaufen und zu verschicken, ist eine absolute Frechheit… Der Fernseher ging natürlich zurück und Expert hat sich für mich erledigt, zumal der Kundenservice hierzu auch eine glatte 6 ist!!! Manche Menschen haben in der Dienstleistung einfach nichts zu suchen… ??? I ordered a Samsung Qled 75 inch 8k from Expert, which was delivered from Xanten. It came with a completely scratched screen on. See photos and these are just a few places ... Selling and shipping such a (used) television as "new" is an absolute cheek ... The TV went back of course and Expert did it for me, especially since the customer service is also a smooth 6! Some people simply have no place in the service ... ???

Der Laden ist oftmals Lagertechnisch ausverkauft, die „Berater“ haben keine Lust und/oder keine Ahnung von den Produkten und verweisen darauf, dass man sich Online Berichte durchlesen soll. Wozu geh ich denn in einen Fachhandel um dann mich online über die Produkte einzulesen? Bei Saturn in Wesel lief das alles reibungslos - schade dass es den Laden nicht mehr gibt. Expert ist nämlich keine Alternative! No recommendation to go there. The store is often sold out in terms of warehouse technology, the "consultants" have no desire and / or have no idea about the products and point out that one should read through online reports. Why do I go to a specialist shop and then read about the products online? Everything went smoothly at Saturn in Wesel - it's a shame that the shop no longer exists. Because Expert is not an alternative!

Alte Geräte werden als gekündigt gemeldet, ups, muß man allerdings selbermachen. Das gleiche gilt für Handyverträge,die im Geschäft gekündigt werden (2x!!!)und doch weiterlaufen. Nie wieder! Insurance is touted for every new purchase, after which no one cares anymore. Old devices are reported as terminated, oops, but you have to do it yourself. The same applies to cell phone contracts that are terminated in the shop (2x !!!) and still continue to run. Never again!

Dem Geschäft ist nach zwei Monaten aufgefallen, dass sie mir einen falschen TV geschickt haben. Die Demontage und der Aufwand für den Rücktransport waren groß. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Chef geschweige eine kleine Aufwandsentschädigung gab es. Nie wieder Expert in Xanten! Unfortunately, 0 stars are not possible! Very bad store and unfriendly employees. After two months, the shop noticed that they had sent me the wrong TV. The dismantling and the effort for the return transport were great. There was no accommodation from the boss, let alone a small expense allowance. Never again Expert in Xanten!
