★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice store where you can buy all sorts of things from presents like small plants to wine and baby toys. Obviously because of the location it is a bit more expensive and the variety is limited in comparison to other, larger stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a short and quick shopping at Utrecht central. Few "to go" foods. But sometimes it stinks inside the store. They can consider using a room spray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The “fresh” bread is mostly overdue. They have a time out time. And mostly this one is way past. Good luck to those who ate these. Disgusting. Even worse when you tell the shop attendees they don’t know what you are talking about. Ill trained staff. So be warned when buying something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last couple of weeks were really terrible, bad customer service! Whenever I ordered the broodje rookworst it was properly served on a napkin, sauce on the bread and given to me in a proper way. Last week a old man with grey hair looked disgusted at me and put the sauce on top of the sausage... Today a woman prepared it on the bare table! Without putting the bread on a napkin first... After that she gave it to me in an odd manner the napkin was covering the bread while the bottom was free
