β β β β β Awful experience. Had to catch a bus in 25 minutes so I supposed I had all the time to get some french fries. Unfortunately I happened to miss my bus because of that f****** idiot at the till. It's a girl in the 20s, dark hair, light coloured eyes. I waited for 15 minutes, then I politely reminded her my order (that she had clearly forgot about since she started frying the chips just after that, but ok), then after 5 more minutes I reminded her once again I had been waiting for 20 minutes and also added that I had a bus in just 5 minutes, and this was her reply "sorry I can't remember, what was you order?"; now if it wasn't that I had already paid I would have 'politely' sent her to go **** herself but instead, I just said "the chips!!" and I can swear that she just got them from behind, and even asked me in a cheeky way if I wanted any sauce.
Result: the french fries were cold, I missed my bus and got mocked by an incompetent and RUDE person.

β β β β β Okay service, high price due to the place it is located at and the fries were mediocre. Especially during peak hours it is difficult to find a seating place. Have had better fries in the past.

β β β β β Quick service and reasonably-priced food. The fries (most popular item at this place) aren't always good though. When it's getting just a little busy the staff will shorten the time the fries are fried, resulting in OK fries instead of great fries.
Good food though, especially compared to the Doner Company (located next to Smullers).

β β β β β Its not that pricy for food at the train station and there quite quick. The quality of the food is fine, nothing to scoff at. The wall idea where you can pay with card or with coins makes a visit even faster. so if you are in need for a quick snack this is your place.

β β β β β I had 15 minutes for my next train and only 2 persons in front of me in line. They were helped quiet quickly, but then I had to wait for more than 5 minutes for my turn. I stopped waiting bcause I had to catch my train and didn't get the chance to get a fast food snack. Or should I say slow food snack?

β β β β β Very good and convenient, very friendly and helpful people with really tasty food.
But for tourists please have cash, as foreign credit cards are not accepted for security reasons, not even revolut is accepted here.
I recommend eating here at least once.

β β β β β When in a rush, don't go here. They seem to ignore the people waiting to order. Don't know if they do it on purpose, but it sure is not ideal in a place where people can be in a rush.
The people are nice on the other hand, just not quick.
The snacks are pulled from a little oven to keep them warm, what is understandable when ordered a lot.
