β β β β β Dit is de slechtste winkelervaring die ik ooit in Nederland heb meegemaakt! In het bijzijn van consumenten hebben ze geen enkele basisintegriteit, en in plaats van problemen op te lossen, liegen ze herhaaldelijk en ontlopen ze hun verantwoordelijkheid.
Ze beloofden me de goederen binnen 2 weken na het betalen van de aanbetaling thuis te bezorgen, maar na bijna 2 maanden leverden ze de goederen nog steeds niet thuis. Dit verstoorde het plan van onze familie om naar een nieuw huis te verhuizen en verspilde veel van mijn tijd.
Ik vroeg hen om een ββterugbetaling, maar er gebeurde iets schokkends: ze weigerden de aanbetaling die ik had betaald terug te betalen en zeiden dat alle problemen door mij waren veroorzaakt en dat het geld zou moeten worden gebruikt om hun verliezen goed te maken! ? ! ? Ik heb nog nooit zo'n belachelijke service meegemaakt.
Ik heb mijn echte ervaring openbaar gemaakt en hoop dat iedereen het verlies van tijd en geld hier zal vermijden.
This is the worst shopping experience I've ever experienced in the Netherlands! In front of consumers, they lack any basic integrity, and instead of solving problems, they repeatedly lie and evade responsibility.
They promised to deliver the goods to my home within 2 weeks after paying the deposit, but after almost 2 months they still did not deliver the goods to my home. This disrupted our family's plan to move to a new house and wasted a lot of my time.
I asked them for a refund but something shocking happened: they refused to refund the deposit I paid and said all the problems were caused by me and the money should be used to make up for their losses! ? ! ? I have never experienced such ridiculous service.
I have made my real experience public and hope everyone will avoid the loss of time and money here.

β β β β β Not a good furniture company. Placed 2 orders with them. First one was ready on time, however, defective. 4 out of 6 chairs were defective. Their processing time is ridiculous. There is no Customer Service or what so ever. I find this very strange, but seems to be a common problem in the Netherlands. You have to write e-mails and to hope somebody would reply to you in 7 days. From that point you wait another 2-3 weeks for somebody to do NOTHING! All you get is an apology eventually and you just have to accept the reality. Second order was delayed 3 weeks which adjusted my plans completely. Nobody even called to let me know my order will be delayed. No rembursment or what so ever. I was able to get a free delivery to my home. However, lost money on Van rent because I found out the last day about that and was already too late to cancel my reservation. So in the end cost was more. Avoid this company if you can, it's not worth the hassle and quality is very poor.

β β β β β Bought a dining table. Customer service when buying the table very good. It took about 10 weeks for the table to arrive but in the NL that seems about the standard. The delivery was difficult with two people who insisted the table wouldnβt pass through the door when it clearly did!

β β β β β Everything perfect, the sofa arrived some weeks before the scheduled delivery which for me was something precious. The guys mounted it in less than 10min and they cleaned up everything, saving me a lot of time and allowing me to enjoy my sofa from the first minute. Great experience, thank you very much!

β β β β β Ordered a small couch extension 3 months ago, still not delivered and the customer service is not helpful at all. In their system the order is reported as "Delivered". Don't buy there!
