★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant! Auto gebracht voor onderhoud. Duidelijk mijn specifieke klacht omschreven. Bij ophalen geeft hij na doorvragen toe dat ze alleen een software update hebben gedaan en niet naar de klacht hebben gekeken. Het zal wel opgelost zijn zeggen ze. Terloops krijg ik ook nog een schoffering naar mijn hoofd toe.
Het woord klantvriendelijkheid vullen ze hier wel heel speciaal in.
 Arrogant! Brought the car for maintenance. Clearly described my specific complaint. Upon collection, after further questioning, he admits that they only did a software update and did not look at the complaint. They say it will be resolved. Incidentally, I also get a kick to my head.
They use the word customer-friendliness very specifically here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne plek om je auto te brengen. Mooie ruimtes en je kan gewoon even werken terwijl je wacht. Er is Wi-Fi aanwezig. Er zijn afgesloten flex-werk-plekken. Goede koffie en water/thee.
Nice place to bring your car. Beautiful spaces and you can just work while you wait. Wi-Fi is available. There are closed flex work places. Good coffee and water/tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I bought a Volvo at this dealer. I usually come here for repairs. My 2006 XC90 was in need of the 325dkm maintenance and a coollant leak. Bad news..the leak was found but the 2nd leak would cost me more if Volvo continued searching. Because the 2nd leak might be a costly event, Volvo and I decided to dicuss the possiblities . The repairs would exceed the value of the car. We were deciding to sell the car after the repairs however this came up. Linda and Mariska encouraged us to talk to dhr Wijnbergen and the possiblities. We recieved a great trade in price without paying for the lekkage search and bought a V40 from 2016. Dhr Wijnbergen gave us possiblities without pressure and discussed the payment with our tight budget. Via Volvo finance we could ride our v40 for 228eu per month. We would save alot of money riding the V40 instead of the XC90. Thank you the wonderful Volvo experience once again!!

They informed you before they repair, which is very helpful. You get a text message before the appointment and the contract you to tell that the car is ready. I really recommend them if you have a Volvo.
