★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAKE PHOTOS of the car Kilometer on the panel when you pick it up and when you return it! The document they provided when I picked it up didn't match the kilometers on the car, and I'm glad I took a photo of the car panel when I picked it up. HERTZ is charging me extra Km based on this "mistake" on their part, bad faith business!
Make sure to take a photo of the panel when you pick it up and before returning the car so you don't get scammed!
I rented a car for a week during Jan-Feb 2019 (winter) and when returned the car I got charged 50 euros for leaving the trash bag that had the small things I picked up from inside the car for the last day of the trip. They claimed I should not return the car dirty. I did not, I cleaned the car myself the night before and returned the car relatively clean (considering we were during the winter with snow and rain everyday, so little pieces of leaves get inside. NOTHING out of the ordinary! And I checked the car before returning it.
I am really disappointed on the way they handled this.
Good to know that I never rent from HERTZ again. And will make sure this information reaches a lot of people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good cars and amazing service. The man who helped me was incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful and handled the whole registration process very quickly. The place is not very easily reachable by public transport, but it's worth the walk, especially that the neighborhood is quite pretty. I can definitely recommend.
