★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service, we arrived very late on Saturday (they close at 12 we arrived at 11:50) and they still attended us. They also took into consideration the fact that we were going to rent the car for only half a day in the end, and offered us a discounted price. Very pleased with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with our rental experience at Europcar Leiden. By far the best price (go to their website directly, it's cheaper than search engines). Car was spacious and brand new, and we got a free upgrade to an automatic. Convenient location. I have one remark: their contract had a mention of an 'above head damage' excess fee if you damage the roof or anything higher than 190cm. This is apparently normal in the Netherlands but the amount didn't match their Terms and Conditions (EUR 5000 instead of 1500!). On closer inspection it appeared they accidentally put the amount of a van/business hire on the contract. All good but the person who helped us couldn't figure out what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was in perfect shape. Actualy cheap, i didnt had any problems on the road , verry low milage, like 20k km.
Update.
I returned the car on 27, and i got my deposit back on 30.
Idk why people say that it took that much for some of you to get it back.
