β β β β β I am so relieved to have found a more tailored/easy health service in Kralingen. Jans Huisartsen offer their in-person and online services in English (as well as Dutch of course) which makes them approachable with any concerns/questions. Registration was a breeze and my appointment with the doctor didn't feel at all rushed. The delicious coffee is a nice bonus! Thank you Team Jans for taking such good care of me and my family.

β β β β β I wish I could rate the doctor's professionalism, but I haven't had this opportunity yet.
I registered at this practice at the end of August. They sent me an email, saying that as soon as they process the application, I'd get a conformation email. I didn't get any email for 3 weeks until I called them myself and they finally registered me. Then I made an appointment with a doctor, but the doctor decided not to call me. Ok, mistakes happen. But at the expense of my time, because I had to cancel a tutorial with my student. When I called them to finally make an appointment, I was told that this week they have no spots and that they would give me a call back on the next day, which, of course, they did not. I had to call them myself. AGAIN. Angry and sarcastic about the way they've been treating me. And you know what? A woman at the reception wasn't really trying to make any conclusion when I pointed out that they should probably analyze why I had negative experience with their practice. Already started to look for another practice, because this is definitely not they way I should be treated for my own money.

Only minus is that the waiting times can be long (around 2 weeks) depending on the period. I don't really mind it unless there's an emergency but it is good to know

β β β β β After years of looking for a GP as an international, I was so relieved to find Jans Huisartsen. Registration was easy breezy and they only took a few hours to process my registration. The atmosphere in the practice is very relaxing and the receptionists are very kind. The doctors are easy to talk to, speak English very well and really take their time to listen to your complaints. All in all: a doctor's office where I feel heard and where people bend over backwards to help you out. I highly recommend it for internationals and locals alike.
