Met z'n drieën hadden we heldere gesprekken. Natuurlijk komt het overgrote deel van de kennis vanaf de zijde vd de erkend adviseur (dhr. Piekar), tevens is hij zo flexibel om een idee van onze zijde in de scenario's door te rekenen. Dhr. Piekar is een echte specialist, dus ook van het omvattende computersysteem, en houdt rekening met de persoonlijke situatie in het heden en de toekomst. Naast enkele gesprekken heeft dhr. Piekar ook veel geduld en inlevingsvermogen in onze redelijk complexe situatie. Ook al zijn wij beiden universitair opgeleid, en geef ik zelf al jaren economie-les bovenbouw VWO, toch had ik dit traject zeker niet zo goed kunnen doorlopen. Zeker met het complexe Nederlandse belastingstelsel is het raadzaam een adviseur als dhr. Piekar in te schakelen. Vooraf een nette, duidelijke prijs. Ondanks dat ik vrijwel alle documentatie voorhanden had en er in mijn geval geen bijzonderheden waren die de financiering hadden kunnen belemmeren, zijn er altijd wel zaken die een geldverstrekker toch zeker wil weten. Patrick heeft me daarbij veel werk uit handen genomen, hij informeerde mij tijdig van de stavaza omtrent de aanvraag, en hij vond het ook niet erg dat de makelaar en notaris zich met sommige zaken bemoeiden.
