Ik heb uiteindelijk mijn huis sneller verkocht door het keuringsrapport. Well helped by the friendly Mr. Alfonds. Appointment was made quickly and after the inspection I received a professional report that I could rely on. I eventually sold my house faster due to the inspection report.

De inspecteur kon direct antwoord geven op mijn vragen. Binnen 2 dagen had ik het rapport. Het bedrijf is super en kan ik iedereen aanraden die een bouwkundige keuring nodig heeft! In the very short term, the inspection house was able to free up time to inspect a property on a structural basis. Outstanding service! The inspector was able to answer my questions immediately. I had the report within 2 days. The company is great and I can recommend it to anyone who needs a structural inspection!

Tot dat enkele maanden later de gehele zolder vol bleek te zitten met actieve houtworm. Daarover wordt niets gezegd in het bouwkundig rapport hoewel de houtworm duidelijk te zien is zonder objecten of gipsplaten weg te hoeven halen. De inspecteur reageert met het antwoord dat we dan het dak, de zolder en de kruipruimte aanvullend hadden moeten laten inspecteren. Bij de inspectie van "Het Inspectiehuis" krijg je dus het advies een inspectie te laten doen van je huis.. en daar betaal je geld voor. We had our house inspected in October 2018. Smooth inspection, quick report. Until a few months later the entire attic turned out to be full of active woodworm. Nothing is said about this in the architectural report, although the woodworm can be clearly seen without having to remove objects or drywall. The inspector responds with the answer that we should have had the roof, the attic and the crawl space additionally inspected. During the inspection of "The Inspection House" you will be advised to have an inspection of your house done .. and you pay money for that.

Algemene voorwaarden stelt, dat als je kunt bewijzen dat zij laakbaar zijn geweest, je ze tot maximaal 1000 euro aansprakelijk kunt stellen (dit is na vergelijken extreem laag gebleken). Je hebt dus niets. Juridisch is het bouwkundige rapport van dit bedrijf niets waard. Ze rennen door het huis, je moet ze aansporen om een vochtmetingen te doen bij een gerepareerde lekkage en foto's die niet goed uitkomen worden uit het rapport gelaten. Kijk even goed in de algemene voorwaarden en besef dat je niets koopt. Je koopt een document waarin staat "wij hebben geen bijzonderheden waargenomen". Heeft geen enkele juridische zwaarte. Bezint eer ge begint met dit bedrijf. In my opinion, really a sham. General terms and conditions state that if you can prove that they have been reprehensible, you can hold them liable up to a maximum of 1000 euros (this turned out to be extremely low after comparing). So you have nothing. Legally, this company's architectural report is worthless. They run around the house, you have to urge them to take a moisture reading on a repaired leak and photos that don't turn out right are left out of the report. Take a good look at the general terms and conditions and realize that you are not buying anything. You buy a document stating "we have not observed any particularities". Does not have any legal weight. Think before you start this business.
