E	Elena Kulgavaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the building itself needs some renovation, the room was clean and new. Breakfast suggested boiled eggs, fresh bread variety of cheese and ham, and also lactose and gluten free options, everything fresh and delicious.
m	mec spain99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid, rooms are being cleaned every other day. No warning in their web page about this policy, no mention at check in. It is supposed to be explained in a blurry print welcome letter (unreadable). Dirty overall: - Fruits in the bar are rotting and are a popular vacation spot for fruit flies. - The coffee machine in the common area is leaking leaving a puddle larger than one meter in diameter. No signs warning those walking around, hence there is a huge risk of accidental fall. - I use white tooth paste but the bathroom door is nicely decorated with blue tooth paste. - Climate system doesn't work (or they have it off). Had to request for a heater.

There has been constant renovations happening on the exterior of the hotel with drilling and cutting right outside my window. When I complained I was told I can leave without getting a refund on my remaining nights. This hotel only cares about money and not their guests. The breakfast is also very plain and boring and the cleaning is not up to standard.
F	Fernando Almeida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning on this hotel is the worse I've seen in my life! I was given a room apparently clean and when open the bed sheets were not cleaned. I was given a second room, and not informed about a policy that I need to request cleaning if I want to have to room setup everyday (even if they know I'm staying several nights), so after a day of working I'm back to a not clean room. Staff at reception understands the situation, but didn't find a solution. The hotel has carpets pretty much everywhere and they are very dirty and wasted. Breakfast was simply bad - not a lot to select from. I've asked at reception to speak to management but no one senior is available to discuss these topics... AVOID IT!

I arrived with my partner around 4pm and after we got the keys we went to our room. As soon as we opened the door we saw that the room was not cleaned and prepared, so we had to ask for a different room. The hotel has carpets pretty much everywhere and they are very dirty. Seems like they haven't been vacuum cleaned in ages. Breakfast was simply bad, too many people were waiting for their turn to get food. Most of the plates with ham and cheese were empty and the staff never refilled them. We even had to wait to get a piece of bread. We were living on the 3rd floor next to the staircase that had red spots of what we think was blood and some bloody footsteps leading upstairs. The room itself was good and clean, so nothing bad to say about that, thus I can only give points here. The hotel is fine for a night to spend, but thats about it.
D	DibKz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet location next to a pond. Staff ready to help and serve. Furnishings exactly the same as other HIX in Europe so you know what to expect. Double bed is a queen not king but easy to push 2 twin beds for a king. Have to walk a little bit bus stop nearby that goes direct to Central train station. Nothing is near this hotel if you are looking for restaurants and stores, but can take bus 2 stops to plenty of places.
