★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte klantenservice. Personeel wist niet hoe een tegoed kaart verwerkt moest worden. Na tien minuten wachten werd ik weg gestuurd met helaas het lukt niet! Vervolgens moest ik naar een andere locatie gaan waar ze mij wel meteen konden helpen. Veel verspilde tijd. Zorg dat personeel goed is ingewerkt of andere klantvriendelijke oplossing kan bedenken!
 Bad customer service. Staff did not know how to process a credit card. After waiting ten minutes I was sent away with unfortunately it doesn't work! Then I had to go to another location where they could help me immediately. Much wasted time. Make sure that staff are properly trained or can come up with another customer-friendly solution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent store, the shop ladies are always very friendly with a warm smile. The products are excellent and often they offer super bargains, 3 for the price of one. And you might spot a nice surprise when checking your cash slip, where they added an additional "unofficial " bargain.
Very recommendable store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seller was not helping at all. Au contrary. I asked where I could find a product, she didn't see it in 5 seconds and assume they don't have it. Went back to the computer to check, but started helping another client who wanted to pay. It was not a problem as it was an old lady. I waited and I waited and eventually I say I need to go pick up my kid from school when the conversation didn't seem to end very soon. The seller gave so many coins as a change to the old lady i don't even think it was legal... she couldn't fit them in her portmonee. Of course it had to be counted by both parts... After 5 min busy with the old lady that came after me, the seller looked at the computer for exactly one second to say they don't have it to just get rid of me. I knew it was not possible to see that so fast so looked on my own. It takes me 10 seconds to find it and she even makes it difficult for me to pay. The woman she was helping at the time, saw the situation and said 2 times I can pay in front, but the seller was still scanning her products, like in a trance. Third time she said, the seller finally scanned my product so I could finally pay and leave.
